How to use Mowen

Enter writing state: Visit Mowen’s official website https://mowen.cn/, click “Write Notes” in the upper right corner, or directly visit https://w.mowen.cn/ to enter the writing state.

Use editor functions: The toolbar above the editor includes functions such as pictures, galleries, basemaps, upload audio, boldface, quotes, highlighting, and upload PDF. Click “A” in the upper right corner to set the style of the editor and reader. There are currently four styles to choose from, consistent with the mini program.

Block selection operation: During the writing process, slide the mouse to the left of the current line, and a block selection icon will appear. After clicking, a drop-down menu will appear, and you can set the style of the entire text.

Save and publish: During writing, you can use shortcut keys (Windows: Ctrl + S, Mac: Cmd + S) to save private notes and continue writing. Click the “Save” button in the upper right corner to save the document and enter reading mode. Click “Publish” on a private note to quickly publish the note, with the status being fully public. In the reading state, double-click to enter the editing state.
